| Integrated
Design
The pins are securely bonded into an aluminium alloy
tube using anaerobic adhesive. This construction
is accurate, strong and light, and allows the use of
fully toughened, smooth steel pins, with no screw thread
required, and no sharp edges to collect debris. |

Accuracy
The accurate and uniform pin-point concentricity ensures
even perforation, from a pin prick to the full pin
diameter. The improved pin point accuracy makes setting
easier and results in more accurate perforation.

The smooth, but sharp pin-point produces a clearly
defined hole, with clean running and a little drag.

Damage, Less Downtime
The toughness of the pins
also greatly reduces the possibility of pin damage, and

Various
lengths
The pinned tubes can be
manufactured in various lengths to give maximum flexibility
and localise accidental pin damage. Working
widths of up to 2 metres are available as standard, or
machinery can be custom designed to individual
requirements.
